With more than 27 years of experience in leadership, administration, and supportive services, Vanessa Webster-Smith brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and care to every event she helps bring to life.

Before founding Web Productions, Vanessa spent more than two decades at California Lutheran University, where she served as Director of Campus Services. Her years of experience working with people, coordinating services, managing operations, and bringing teams together have shaped her approach to creating successful events.

Today, Vanessa brings that same dedication and attention to detail to Web Productions. Whether it’s a corporate gathering, celebration, wedding, conference, or special occasion, her goal is simple: to make the planning process easier for her clients and ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.

Vanessa believes that great events are about more than just the setting—they're about creating an experience that people remember. Through Web Productions, she combines her professional experience with a genuine commitment to service, collaboration, and making each client's vision a reality.
